What type of rentals do you offer?
We offer both virtual and physical office rentals.
What our virtual office rental include:
The use of the Vancouver Counseling Center mailing address to register your business
A mailbox to receive mail - you'll have 24/7 access so you can pick up mail at your convenience.
Package delivery
*Note: the premises are not staffed by a receptionist. The tenant will need to be present to receive any expected packages.
What is the price of your virtual office?
Our virtual office plan is $40 a month
What our physical office rental includes:
Shared, part-time physical office space
The use of the Vancouver Counseling Center mailing address
A mailbox to receive mail
Package delivery
*Note: the premises are not staffed by a receptionist. The tenant will need to be present to receive any expected packages.
How many treatment rooms do you have?
We have six (6) treatment rooms that are fully furnished.
Are rooms assigned?
No, rooms are not assigned. They are reserved on a first come first serve basis. You can set your schedule to repeat at the same time weekly, or mix it up week to week. We aim for maximum flexibility!
How do I reserve a room?
We have a shared online calendar to see which room is available and reserve it for when you need it.
How much is it to rent physical office space?
Our plans start at $175 per month for 5 hours per week. Your rate will depend on the number of hours you would like to rent the space for per week. Our plans include 5 hours per week, 10 hours per week, 15 hours per week, and 20 hours per week. More details on pricing is on the home page!
When is payment due?
Rent payments are due on or before the 1st of every month. A late fee of $5 per day is applied if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month.
How do I make a payment?
We send out online invoices before the first of the month. You can pay directly through the invoice there, or pay by check.

What access would I have to the building?
As a renter, you would have 24/7 access to the building. This would allow you to pick up mail and see clients at any time.
Is there ADA access?
Unfortunately, the building has no elevator or ramp. Clinicians and clients need to be able to navigate a set of stairs. The stairway is wide and not too steep. It's definitely the biggest downside to our location.
What about parking?
There is street parking with a 2-hour time limit that works great for clients.
Most renters choose to park in the parking garage located across Broadway (by the movie theater) which offers longer-term paid parking.
