About.Hi! I'm Jennie Hagen. I've been in the counseling field since 2005, and opened my private practice in 2014. I'm so excited to welcome you into this beautiful space I've created, and hope it'll be a great fit for you to launch or expand your own flourishing private practice.

How Does It Work??
The first step is to reach out! Send us an email, text, or call, and we can get the ball rolling.
- Our amazing admin Alyssa will be able to answer any questions you have, schedule a tour, and send out the rental agreement for you to look over.
- When you're ready to sign up we can complete all the paperwork virtually. We add you to the shared calendar and you'll get a key to the suite. You have 24/7 access to the office so you can see clients any time that works for you as long as there's space on the calendar. You'll send over proof of general liability insurance and then we're ready to roll!
- When it's time to schedule a room you'll use the online calendar to save your spot. You can set up rooms to repeat or mix it up week to week. You can use your hours however you like (but please don't go over!). Most people get the hang of the calendar and scheduling right away, and we're here to help if you have any questions or run into any speed bumps. Before you know it you'll be seeing clients weekly and getting into the groove!

Therapists have the power to change lives and the world around us. My goal with opening Vancouver Counseling Center is to support therapists in taking the leap to open or expand a private practice.
Mental health professionals of all walks are warmly welcomed at VCC, with an extra nod to members of underrepresented groups in our profession.
